I lost my password
On the My account page, enter your email and click “Forgot password?”. If no email arrives, send the form below with your account email: we reset it by hand.
My hero lost progress
This happens when two tabs or two devices play the same account: open the game in one place only. The server keeps the previous save: write to us quickly and we restore it.
How do I become a member?
See the Become a member section on the home page. After payment you receive a code to redeem in My account.
There is no sound
Browsers block sound before a first click: click inside the game. Also check the 🔊 button in the right column (right-click for volumes).
How do I chop, mine, fish?
Woodcutting axe and pickaxe are sold by Aldéric (20 gold) and stay in your bag. Walk up to a tree, a rock or water and press E (or right-click → the action).
